              Challenge Yourself in 2010!

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada's Team In Training will be completing in some of the world's most famous and exclusive endurance events this year, and we want YOU to join us!

Challenge yourself  by running, walking, cycling, or completing a triathlon! Take part in any one of the events listed below with Team In Training, and make history with us!


Team In Training is the world's largest endurance sports training program. The program provides training to run or walk a full or half marathon or participate in a triathlon or 100 mile century bike ride. Since 1988, more than 390,000 volunteer participants have crossed finish lines with Team In Training, and have raised more than $950 million.

 By helping to raise funds for leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma research and patient services, you'll receive:

  • Personalized fitness training by certified coaches for a period of four to five months with a supportive group of teammates 
  • Training clinics

  • Your choice of a wonderful event with lodging, airfare and race entry
  • And the knowledge you made a difference in our efforts to find cures for blood cancers and improve the quality of life of local patient families.
