Team In Training offers triathlon training to those seeking to finish an Olympic-distance event. The local coaching staff provides expert training on the three phases of this unique endurance sport.

 


Along with group trainining sessions, participants receive expert advice on swim technique, cycling and running equipment, and proper nutrition.
